Born in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal, and raised across South Africa, Bond grew up with a deep appreciation for the people, cultures, and landscapes that make this country unique. That early exposure shaped him into a driven, resilient, and optimistic individual, passionate about the possibilities life offers.
Bond merges modern digital marketing with real estate. He doesn’t just list homes — he markets them. Walkthrough video tours, professional photography, strategic social media, compelling storytelling, and buyer-focused campaigns are all part of his approach. His clients value his ability to identify a home’s potential and bring it to life visually.
Bond’s career spans marketing, IT, and two decades of global experience gained while living and teaching abroad. He returned to South Africa with 20 years of digital marketing, photography, videography, and storytelling expertise — skills he has used to help brands, businesses, and real estate professionals bring their ideas to life.
Bond lives at the Southernmost Tip of Africa with Leah and their two children, Zuri and Louw. Outside of work, he enjoys walking the harbour at sunrise, making breakfast with family, swimming in the ocean, exploring fynbos trails, or enjoying a shipwreck braai. These moments reflect why he’s passionate about helping others make this special place their home.
