Struisbaai Struisies Speelskool

Chas Everitt Cape Agulhas is reaching out to our community for support in a worthy cause. Struisies Speel Skool in Struisbaai has been an integral part of the community, providing a stable and solid foundation for generations of Struisbaaiers. Currently, the play school accommodates 55 pupils, offering daycare services for working parents and providing delicious daily lunches for the children, with support from Meals on Wheels every Tuesday. However, the school is in urgent need of essential items to continue its valuable services. Napier Over Ed Centre

Over Ed Centre was founded by resourceful & caring Napier residents that understands the value and contribution youth has in our society. The Over Ed annual concert is a highlight in the Napier community, giving the children a chance to be centre stage. Children that partake in the holiday programme and pantomime can participate in a full stage production.

The Over Ed Centre is abuzz with activity with children coming and going to get sustenance through the kitchen or emotional support and acceptance which is often lacking in their home environments. Children are empowered through skills development and training for job placement.

The Over Ed Centre has various projects to raise much needed funding, like the Charity Shop for the kitchen fund and the handmade goods that go to market. For high school students there is a study room at the centre and internet, the centre offers teen mentorship, which is often overlooked as a time where guidance is most needed.

You too can support this fantastic initiative by donating to the Over Ed Centre, Nedbank Account 2011 498449, Branch 198765 [PBO Exemption Number 930/070/346]

Struisbaai Vaardigheids Skool
